What is the cost of a tailor-made shirt?
Our tailor-made shirts start at a friendly price of 1,000 THB, going up to 2,000 THB. The final cost may vary depending on your choice of fabric, ensuring you have the freedom to select the perfect material for your style.
What is the cost of a tailor made cashmere coat?
Wrap yourself in luxury with our tailor-made cashmere coats, priced between 8,500 THB and 15,000 THB. Choose from our range of exquisite cashmere to find your perfect match.
Is there an extra charge for monograms?
Not at all! Monograms and style patterns are all included in the price. It’s our way of adding that personal touch to your garment at no additional cost.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer complimentary delivery within Bangkok and throughout Thailand, making it convenient for you to receive your bespoke garments. For international shipping, the cost will depend on your location, but rest assured, we strive to provide the best shipping solutions for our global clients.
DELIVERY
How long does it take to tailor and receive my garment?
Once you’ve made a 50% deposit, our tailors will begin crafting your garment with care. After your order is completed, we’ll promptly notify you. For deliveries within Thailand, your garment will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours. For international orders, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your garment to reach you.
When do you start to work on my order?
We initiate the tailoring process only after confirming the availability of all fabrics and materials required for your order and receiving a 50% deposit of your total order amount.

How can I track the package?
Your package will be shipped via trusted couriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Once dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

What should I do if my garment doesn’t fit?
No worries at all! If your garment isn’t a perfect fit, simply reach out to us at nobeltailorbangkok@gmail.com. Our dedicated team will swiftly address the issue for you. Should you need minor adjustments, we’ll gladly cover the cost of a local tailor, ensuring your garment fits you just right.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your bespoke garment, so here’s our hassle-free return policy.
Minor Adjustments: If your garment needs a little alteration, we’ll take care of the local tailor’s bill.
Complete Redo: If the fit is significantly off, we’ll arrange a new meeting, in person or via video call, to get your measurements spot on and remake your garment, all at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Deliveries: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo and a brief description at nobeltailorbangkok@gmail.com. As long as the garment hasn’t been altered (washed, cleaned, etc.) and you report the issue within two weeks of delivery, we’ll replace your order promptly.

Absolutely! The price you see is the price you pay. We take care of all customs and import duties, so you can sit back and look forward to your bespoke garment without any surprise costs. While we handle all customs and import duties, the delivery fee is the only thing not included in the upfront price. This fee will be calculated based on your location and will be clearly stated at the time of payment. Rest assured, there are no hidden charges, and we strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible for your convenience.
What if there are unexpected charges during shipping?
If you encounter any minor shipping charges, just let us know. Send us an email with the invoice showing those extra costs, and we’ll reimburse you. It’s that simple, we’ve got you covered!
